Overcoming a 30-14 deficit in the fourth quarter, the Seattle squad emerged victorious 38-37 at home, registering their fifth consecutive victory.
While the Rams had already secured a post-season berth earlier on Sunday, the Seattle team secured their place to the postseason after a two-year hiatus.
With this result, the Seattle have taken over their Conference standings with a 12-3 record, supplanting the Rams, who dropped to the number five seed with an 11-4 record.

Quarterback Sam Darnold had two interceptions but regrouped to deliver two touchdown passes, including the second score to star receiver Smith-Njigba in the extra period.
